31 August 2023 – Aliph Capital is pleased to announce that Jada Fund of Funds, a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), has committed to invest in Aliph Fund I, reinforcing a shared commitment to accelerating the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
The commitment marks an important milestone for Aliph Capital as it continues to execute its strategy of partnering with high-quality mid-market businesses that demonstrate strong growth potential and long-term value creation opportunities. Aliph Fund I, targeting US$250 million, invests in established mid-sized companies across the GCC, supporting them with strategic capital, operational expertise, digital transformation initiatives, and enhanced governance to drive sustainable growth.
